Classes & Description

K-POP: (Ages 14-18)

Have you ever wanted to become a rock star? Perhaps an idol? Well, come on and hop into our newest and trendiest class! In each session, you’ll learn the choreography to the chorus of the most popular Korean pop songs. Selections include Blackpink “DDU DU DDU DU DU,” Twice “THE FEELS,” and much more!

Tap Class (Ages 3-8)

What’s that sound? It’s a tapping class coming to town! Have your kiddos learn beginner tap and they’ll be shuffling in no time. Here, students will be able to delve into a world of keeping up to the musical beat, simple tap steps, and mind-to-muscle connection.

FunFit (Ages 5-12)

Who says exercise is only for adults? If your kids need to burn off some extra energy, have them try this. In this class, children will learn to have fun while exercising. Each session includes stretching, warm ups, low impact reps, and a cool down. This introduces kids to living an active lifestyle and staying in a positive mindset.

Hip Hop (Ages 5-12)

Pop it and lock it! Sign up your child for hip hop and watch them learn how to break it down! This class focuses on getting down basic movements and coordination while at the same time encouraging your child’s unique style of expression.

Ballet/Tap Combo (Ages 3-7)

Can’t decide between Ballet or Tap? Look-ee here for this class! By combining beginner ballet and tap movements in one class, children can enjoy a new adventure that will improve their rhythm, timing, and balance as they dance to the music.

Pre-Ballet (Ages 3-7)

Tu-tu skirts on and toes pointed! In this class, 3-7 year olds will have the opportunity to learn the basics of ballet. We will go over proper foot positions, ballet terminology, and beginner step combos.

Ballet 1 (Ages 8-11)

Put on your slippers for this ballet introductory class! Your children can join with little or no previous experience. As students build strength, flexibility, and discipline they will learn the proper foundations of ballet: arm placement, foot positions, barre combos, and body angles

Ballet 2 (Ages 12-18)

Is your child ready for the next level? Sign up for this intermediate ballet class! With more detailed instruction on upper body movement, longer combinations, and complex jumps and turns, you’ll be able to see progression before your eyes. Embark on this journey that will both motivate and challenge your child to the next level.

Adult Ballet (Ages 18+)

Point and stretch with us! In this class, adults will be able to learn the intermediate ballet skill level including: terminology, body alignment, barre work, center floor work, and combinations.

Adult Fitness Tap ( Ages 18+)

Get some blood pumping and sweat dripping for this one! Whether you’re a beginner or at a more intermediate level, you can come tap the night away. In this course, you will have fun burning some extra calories while improving your tap skills. This class consists of a barre warm up, cross-floor work, heart-racing combinations, practicing footwork routines, and a cool down.

Yoga (Ages 16+)

Need a minute to destress? We’ve got just the class for you. With our yoga class, you’ll be able to release negative energy, stretch and strengthen muscles, and revitalize your senses. Breathe in, breathe out… Namaste.

Dance With Me (Ages 2-3)

Come join us for this creative movement class for 2-3 year olds! Have fun dancing with your little ones as they develop the concept of moving to the beat and stomping their feet. This class focuses on helping young children connect to their family members and nurture their creativity. Classes include the use of props such as beach balls, hula hoops, and more!
