Jullian Barnette soon found his passion for dance and the musical arts when he went through high school at Carolina High and Academy. Jullian has experience in many styles of dance and arts including, but not limited to: Ballet, Modern, Jazz, Contemporary, Hip-Hop, Musical Theatre, Lyrical, Improv, and creative movement.

In 2020, he practiced Modern and Ballet dance at the Fine Arts Center of Greenville. During this period, he gained stage experience through several productions held at the Foothills Playhouse in Greenville: Hairspray Jr., Snow White, Bye Bye Birdie, Alice in Wonderland, Fairytale Misfits. Following this, Jullian joined the AG Dance and Company and Legacy Dance Company where he delved into the jazz, hip-hop, lyrical, contemporary. During this time, he gained experience assisting petite dance classes and won several awards. Starting in 2023, he was the director of the Peter Pan production in the Foothills Playhouse. Additionally, while enrolled in the Shock Dance Center, he won many awards, won competitive dance scholarships, assisted mini-junior dance classes, and became an on-site makeup artist.

Now, he is the co-choreographer for J.L. Mann High School, dance captain for World Upside Down Arts Studio, and the Adult Musical Theatre and Adult Hip-Hop instructor thrilled to work for Unique Dance Academy!
